Terms & Conditions

These terms cover how you can use the Ease Your Lease website and our booking, tenancy and payment services. By using the site or booking a home through us, you agree to them. Last updated September 2026.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone browsing this website, enquiring about a listing, or booking a home through Ease Your Lease — whether you're a tenant looking for a place to stay or a property owner listing with us.

Listings and availability

We work to keep property listings, photos and pricing accurate and up to date, but availability can change quickly. A listing being visible on the site is not a guarantee that the home is still available — we'll confirm current availability before you book.

Booking a home

When you book a home through Ease Your Lease, you're agreeing to the specific booking amount and tenancy terms shown to you at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed once your payment is received and we've verified the details with the property owner.

Payments

Payments made through the site are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to only use payment methods you're authorised to use.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund timelines depend on how far in advance you cancel and the specific home's policy — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy page for details.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when enquiring, booking or applying for a tenancy, to use the site lawfully, and not to misuse listings, images or content from the site.

Property owner responsibilities

Owners listing a property with Ease Your Lease agree to provide accurate details about their property and to honour confirmed bookings made through the platform.

Limitation of liability

Ease Your Lease helps connect tenants and property owners and manage the booking and tenancy process, but we're not a party to your tenancy agreement itself. We do our best to verify listings, but we can't guarantee every detail about a property is accurate, and we're not liable for issues arising directly between a tenant and property owner.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
